By accessing or using the Avishkar Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform. These terms govern all website activities, course enrollments, and payment operations.
To access certain features (such as taking courses or using the AI Study Buddy), you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete details, and keep this information current. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access course materials. Completing a course entitles you to a digital certificate of completion. However, Avishkar LMS reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or terms violation.
All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). Coupons must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. We enforce a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or exchanges once a course is purchased.
Users may not copy, share, download, or redistribute course videos or study materials without explicit written permission. Sharing account login details to allow multiple people to view courses is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, India.
